Delivery may range between 8-20 business days depending on the shopping season or high demand for our Products. We do our very best to get the products you love to your doorstep as fast as possible.
Black Friday & Christmas Time will be our most busy season of the year so make sure to order yours before then for the fastest shipping times!
COVID-19- Due to COVID-19 there may be a slight delay in your delivery time but we insure you that your order will be shipped and delivered in a timely manner. Here at BranelleX we do everything we can to make sure our customers have a great and easy experance. We also take into affect the safety of our customers and employes during the times we are in. Our manufacturing warehouses for our products are based in Europe and Asia, so refunds may be permitted however we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. This is also due to not having USA warehousing at the moment. However BranelleX is in the process of branching out and expanding as rapidly as possible, and plans to have 100% USA shipping and inventory to allow much faster shipping times as well as returns and exchanges by the year 2020. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at BranelleX@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.
Once a product defect is fully examined we will notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Due to COVID-19 on the rise please be careful and sure when making a purchase from BranelleX that all orders are the correct size and is right for you. In normal circumstances we would exchange item but with the current times we are in due to COVID-19 we are not able to exchange items once they have been received. Any order that is damaged or defective we will correct the order and fix the problem. We have set this in place to limit the spread of COVID-19 to keep our customers safe and also our employees.
